Popis: Metalloproteinases have been implicated in the cleavage of a number of cell surface immune receptors. Oral administration of the metalloproteinase inhibitor GI5402 attenuated the release of soluble CD27 and CD16 into the circulation after intravenous endotoxin injection in healthy humans.
