Popis: In this article the method of equivalent transformation is examined. Essence of which consists is the replacement of a class of non-stationary systems as stationary for which optimization methods are well established . Actuality of method is conditioned that in most methods of optimum management, developed for the continuous systems, tasks are examined in temporary area with the use of concept of problem and theory of matrices space. It is known that all real objects of management in one or another measure are nonlinear and non-stationary. An analysis and synthesis of control system for such objects is a complex mathematical problem the solution of which to the present tense is got for some special cases. As a result of the use of the offered method, at the known matrix of variable coefficients, the task of optimum management the non-stationary system is taken to the task of optimum management the equivalent stationary system, the methods of solution of which are known enough and well worked out.
