Popis:	An air‐bath cryostat and sample stirrer for kinetic studies of enzyme reactions at subzero temperatures are described. The apparatus is designed to permit monitoring of the reactions using a commerical spectrophotometer. The sample temperature and mixing conditions are well defined and accurately controlled.
