Popis: | We focus in this article on high field magnetoconductance results obtained on SnO2 polycrystalline (cassiterite) films. The high field magnetoconductance is found to be in agreement with the magnetoconductance universal behavior due to weak localization in two dimensions as suggested by Zduniak et al. (Phys. Rev. B 56: 1996, 1997). |
