Popis: | The EEG was investigated in ten patients with unequivocal clinical evidence of familial dysautonomia (Riley-Day syndrome). Definite abnormalities were present in all patients; nine showed paroxysmal characteristics. Grand mal seizures had occurred in six of the patients. |
