| Popis: | Fat-containing benign tumors are rare in the liver. Although angiomyolipoma of the kidney is common, it is very rare in the liver. 1 We have found only three single case reports 2-4 and one report of two cases 5 on ultrasonography of hepatic angiomyolipoma in the English literature. We report two cases of angiomyolipoma of the liver that show the characteristic ultrasonographic features of lipomatous tumors. |
