Popis: The results of the current study were conducted on people infected with Entamoeba histolytica for patients attending Salah al-Din Military Hospital and some private laboratories in Tikrit ciy in Salah al-Din Governorate, where the work was completed from 1/1/2022 to 1/7/2022 for all groups The age where faeces samples were examined for people suffering from diarrhea. The current study examined 230 faeces samples and identified 60 people infected with E. histolytica parasite by examining faeces samples using a direct swab method using a light microscope to detect presence of the parasite. The study included studying the effect of some immunological parameters for people infected with the parasite, represented by (IgG antibodies, CD4, CD8 and Cysteine protein differentiation complexes). The results indicated that there was a significant increase in the concentration of IgG and the differentiation complexes CD4, CD8 and Cysteine Protein, as they all showed significant differences between infected people compared with healthy ones. Significant differences were found for Cysteine Protein, IgG, between infected males and females compared with healthy subjects, and high significant differences were recorded for CD4, CD8 differentiation complexes between those infected between males and females compared with healthy.
