Popis: In the article, the lexical-semantic analysis of the words related to bread and its types found in a number of works such as “Devonu lug'otit turk”, “At-tuhfatuz zakiyyat fillug'atit turkiya” and “Kelurnoma” from some old Turkish dictionaries, one of the bread products listed in the dictionaries - a number of issues with fundamental and partial differences, cooking methods are highlighted.
