Popis: | This article describes an academic–service partnership that promotes the educational progression of RNs in response to the Institute of Medicine’s recommendation that 80% of RNs hold a baccalaureate degree or higher by 2020. Using the logic model as a framework, this article describes a sustainable, replicable, and mutually beneficial partnership that supports the national movement toward baccalaureate education for RNs.
