Popis:	A vasocystostomy in the rat is described, a new technique simplifying the common methods of spermatozoa output measuring. In two series of different rat strains a mean output of 21.1 X 10(6) and 29.0 X 10(6) spermatozoa per 24 h were found. Perspectives of the new method are discussed.
