Popis: | We report on the result of search for organic photocathodes, to be used in multiplicative particle detectors, as alternatives to TMAE. We review the measurements we performed in recent years, in the wavelength range of 150–220 nm. The quantum efficiencies are given relative to TMAE and CsI. Some ferrocene derivatives exhibit relatively high quantum efficiency. |
