CLL cells were co-cultured with CD40L-expressing stroma for 24 hours in the presence or absence of 10 ng/ml IL4. Thereafter, cell were incubated with 1 microM MLN4924 for 24 hours and immunostained with p65 and cleaved PARP antibodies. Nuclei were counterstained with 4,6-diamino-2-phenylindole. A representative case (out of 3) is shown. |
