Popis: The irresponsible use of medication is not only unsafe, but also dangerous due to growing evidence of long-term safety risks. It is commonly known that all medications have the potential to harm users over the long run. The community pharmacy's qualified pharmacists will replace the customs of uninformed self-medication with informed self-medication. It has been discovered that the contributions of clinical pharmacists and hospital pharmacists result in win-win benefits for hospitals, specific doctors, nurses, and patients. A suitable environment must be created and crucial skills must be identified in order to develop optimal pharmacy practise services. This article attempts to emphasize the abilities that need to be developed in order to give pharmaceutical care in clinical, hospital and community settings.
