Popis: | OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to assess CT findings and the sensitivities of imaging-guided fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy and core needle biopsy in the diagnosis of necrotizing granuloma of the lung.CONCLUSIONS. The CT characteristics of necrotizing granuloma are indistinguishable from those of malignant tumors; tissue diagnosis therefore is necessary. Core needle biopsy is a sensitive method for diagnosing necrotizing granuloma of the lung, but FNA biopsy is insufficient for diagnosis. |
