Popis: The patient with congenital esophageal stenosis (CES) usually presents in infancy or early childhood. Common symptoms include dysphagia, regurgitation, or aspiration pneumonia, often concurrent with the introduction of solid foods. Lesser degrees of stenosis may allow presentation to defer until adulthood.
