Popis: | 1. 1. The erythrocytes of Kinosternon were unique in their high and variable content of neutral lipid of droplets and of alkaline phosphatase. 2. 2. Chromatographic evidence indicated that the principal neutral lipid component was triglyceride. 3. 3. Histochemical details of other components in the erythrocytes and leukocytes of Kinosternon and other turtles are described. |
