Popis: Vulvar carcinoma represents approximately 5% of all female genital tract malignancies and 95% of them are SCC. It is a slowly progressive tumor that advances locally and metastasizes via regional lymphonodes first to the inguinal then to the deep pelvic nodes. In later stages, hematologic spread may occur to the lungs, liver, and bones. Cutaneous metastases from vulvar carcinoma,however, are extremely rare this case is the ninth description of this occurrence reported in current literature to our knowledge
