Popis:	This article describes a formal model of the fuzzy knowledge base based on the analysis of contexts of the subject area. Also, the article describes the architecture of the fuzzy knowledge base. In addition, the article describes application of the knowledge base model in developing an expert system for diagnosing the level of development children of early age.
