Popis: | A novel human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class II, DRB1*0114, has been identified in routine typing of bone marrow donors for the Chinese Marrow Donor Registry in Shaanxi, China. The DRB1*0114 allele differs from DRB1*0101 by three nucleotide substitutions, causing two amino acid changes. |
