| Popis: | A suprasellar lesion masquerading as a pituitary tumor causing hyperprolactinemia in a 62-year-old man was found to be a large sphenoid mucocele. After it was successfully resected via a transsphenoidal approach, the patient's condition improved and the prolactin level fell to almost normal. |
