Popis: The aim of the study was to perform clinical and biochemical, hormonal, immunological characteristics and to assess the quality of life of patients with autoimmune polyglandular syndrome (APS) type 2. Material and methods of the research. A total of 2020 individuals were examined, 258 patients with type 2 APS were selected from them. The laboratory study included an assessment of total blood, urine, fasting glycaemia, glycemic profile, determination of HbA1c, potassium, sodium, chlorides, ALT, AST, bilirubin, PTI, cholesterol, urea, creatinine. Hormonal blood tests, immunological research methods. The results of the study. In group 1a patients, an increase in the mean values of TSH was revealed. Group 1b basal morning plasma cortisol, aldosterone and DEAS levels were significantly lower than in the control group. 1 in the group, the average TSH level was significantly increased and the levels of free thyroxin were reduced.
