This is a study of freedom and intersbujectivity in action, proposing a critical connection between the Nicomachean Ethics, by Aristotle, and The Existentialism is a Humanism, a conference by Jean-Paul Sartre. The dialogue between both authors enables to rethink freedom, the nature unfinished of man and he’s self-construction through his actions with the world and another individuals. Those questions involves topics like human nature, the relevance of acting by transposing the project into reality, willingness and responsibility of decisions. The method of analysis consists in an interpretation of the discussed texts, understanding those positions about the relations between intersubjectivity-freedom and with the objective of rethinking it by some connections of both texts. |
