Popis:	Statistical indicators of assessment of bank consolidation processes are considered. Emphasis is placed on indicators of market concentration and indicators of inequality of distribution of consolidation participants. Peculiarities of determining statistical indicators of assessment of consolidation processes and economic interpretation of their essence are given.
