Popis:	We present a case of bronchial mucous gland adenoma (MGA) and discuss the results of its cytomorphological and cytogenetic examination serving as a basis for the differential diagnosis. To our best knowledge, this is a first report that demonstrate a GNAS gene (R201C) mutation in mucous gland adenoma, which may play an important role in MGA tumorigenesis, as is the case in other mucinous-type epithelial neoplasms of various organs.
