| Popis: | A young female patient with normal ejection fraction. History of premature ventricular complex (PVC) radiofrequency ablation located in left ventricular outflow tract. Two years later frequent PVC is observed in a different location (47000 in 24 h Holter). Anti-arrhythmic drugs were used unsuccessfully. PVCs were located in left ventricular summit. Radiofrequency ablation through coronary sinus and anterior interventricular vein was performed. During follow up no recurrence was observed.A young female patient with normal ejection fraction.
