On elements of prime-power index in finite groups

Popis:	For an element x of a finite group G let IndG(x) denote the index of CG(x) in G. We prove that if Ind〈a,b,x〉(x) is a prime-power for any a,b∈G, then IndG(x) is a prime-power.
