Popis: | This paper describes the implementation of a new equivalent electroacoustic circuit for cMUT arrays. This circuit was obtained by using the normal mode theory. Theoretical simulations were also carried out from this new circuit to illustrate the impact of the trapped modes and some properties of the fundamental mode. |
