Popis:	Pincer nail deformity is an uncommon entity which can be painful and cosmetically unappealing. We describe our technique of correcting this deformity by realignment of the nailbed using a dermofascial graft. Pain relief as well as a cosmetically good result have been obtained in all patients, and this has been maintained over the long term. The technique has proven to be safe, effective, and reproducible.
