It is a deliberate, planned, and organized process of education through physical activity and other auxiliary techniques, and it is a crucial component of education. The purpose of physical education is to support students' development of their physical and mental health. "Health first" is the guiding philosophy of school education, and there is an evident connection between sports and health. This essay examines the theoretical underpinnings of sports education and highlights its value-based approach. It is common knowledge to view sports education as a significant issue in the development of youth sports programmes as well as regular physical exercise. Even more frequently than not, experts identify the work of developing a person's personal sports culture as the fundamental issue in this field of instructional action. The comprehensive solution of challenging pedagogical issues is necessary for the effective implementation of such a sports education method. First and foremost, the creation of a theoretical concept of sports culture is required for this goal.
