Popis: The effect of preparations epin-extra, zircon, humate + 7 microelements and herbicide targa super on biometric and cytogenetic parameters of lentil plants was researched. The herbicide, in contrast to physiologically active substances, demonstrated stable phytotoxicity in terms of the length of lentil roots and stems, as well as a strong cytotoxic and mutagenic effect on the cells of the root meristem of lentil seedlings. With the combined action of physiologically active substances and the herbicide, the negative effect on the culture is significantly reduced. At the cellular level, the most effective was the action of zircon, the level of protection was 40%.
