Popis: | International audience; Novel nucleoside derivatives were developed using the strategy of “terminal N,N-dimethylation” to impart tertiary amines to a 1,2,4-triazole nucleoside. The obtained lead compounds displayed significantly improved anticancer activity with dual mechanisms of cell death via apoptosis and autophagy, offering a fresh perspective to searching for new anticancer candidates. |
