Popis:	A high-pressure liquid chromatographic assay for streptozocin in a sterile powder formulation (1.0 g/vial) is described. The method effectively separates the alpha- and beta-anomeric forms of streptozocin. Quantitative results are presented for the drug based on the use of an internal standard and peak height measurements.
