| Popis: | A case is presented of clinically quiescent adenocarcinoma-adenomyosis of the uterus, in which diffuse embolic metastases in the small pulmonary arteries and in the pulmonary lymphatics resulted in death from heart failure. The case is considered to be of sufficient interest to justify recording in the literature. |
