| Popis: | Liver diacylglycerol and phosphatidate are elevated following partial hepatectomy. These increases precede those in DNA synthesis and triacylglycerol accumulation. Possible factors involved in the increase in the lipids and the possible role of the lipids in liver regeneration are discussed. |
