| Popis: | Çalışmada; kontrol odakları (dışsal-içsel) ileişe yönelik umutları ve bunun boyutları arasındaki ilişki üniversiteöğrencileri bağlamında incelenmiştir. Ayrıca kontrol odağı değişkeninincinsiyet ve çalışma durumu gibi demografik değişkenlere göre farklılıkları elealınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda kontrol odağı ile işe yönelik umut arasındailişki olduğu ve işe yönelik umut değişkeni ve boyutlarının kontrol odaklarınagöre farklılaştığı bulunmuştur. Yine kontrol odağının demografikdeğişkenlerden, cinsiyet ve çalışma durumuna göre farklılık gösterdiği tespitedilmiştir. Inthe study, the relationship between the locus of control (external-internal)and work hopes and its dimensions has been examined in the context of ofuniversity students. In addition, the differences in the demographic variablessuch as gender and working status of the locus of control variables wereexamined. As a result of the research, it has been found that there is arelationship between the locus of control and work hope and the work hope variablesand its dimensions were found to differ according to the locus of control.Again, it has been determined that the locus of control varies according todemographic variables, gender and working status. |
