Popis: | Polylopadium kramisi Brennan and Jones, 1961b: 112 Type locality: Panama, Panama Province, Panama City, Summit Botanical Gardens (Brennan and Jones 1961b). Type host: Heteromys adspersus (= Liomys adspersus) (Peters, 1874) (Rodentia: Heteromyidae). Type depository: USNM (holotype and paratypes), NHMUK (paratypes), FMNH (paratypes) and SAM (paratypes). Panama records. In addition to the type data, Brennan and Jones (1961b) reported this species from three rodents, H. adspersus (= L. adspersus) (Rodentia: Heteromyidae) from Summit Botanical Gardens and Curundu, Panama City and Soberanía National Park, Panama Province, P. semispinosus (Rodentia: Echimyidae), without informations about locality, and Peromyscus sp. (Rodentia: Cricetidae), from Chiriquí Province (Brennan and Jones 1961b). Brennan and Yunker (1966) reported P. kramisi on a cricetid rodent, H. adspersus (= L. adspersus) (Rodentia: Heteromyidae), from Summit Botanical Gardens and Curundu, Panama City, Panama Province.
