Popis: | Glycocholate and other bile acids inhibit the response of isolated hepatocytes to phalloidin in a concentration dependent manner. It is suggested that the inhibition is due to a block of phalloidin uptake. This interaction might explain the high specificity of phalloidin for liver tissue. |
