| Popis: | A testosterone-Sepharose immunoadsorbent has been used to isolate from an antiserum the antibodies to testosterone. By Stepwise elution with buffers at pH ranging from 5 to 3 and with a 10% dioxane-buffer mixture at pH 3, two well distinct and homogeneous antibody fractions with affinity constants 2.1 × 108 and 6.5 × 108 were obtained. Sixty-seven percent of the applied antibody activity was recovered. |
