Ten neuroblastoma cell lines were tested for synergistic interactions between MK-1775 or MK-8776 in combination with either SN-38 (irinotecan) or gemcitabine. Combination indices were determined by increasing concentrations of both drug simultaneously (based on multiples of each drugs individual IC50), utilizing the Chou-Talalay method.
