Popis: Reduced exercise tolerance in a patient in whom any heart diseases were preliminarily excluded suggests other frequent causes of effort-related symptoms, that is, exercise-induced bronchoconstriction, lack of training, or overweight. The presented case underscores the importance of comprehensive diagnostic workup in children with exercise-related symptoms.
