Popis: | An assay for circulating immune complexes (CIC) that is adaptable to a routine clinical laboratory is described. This solid phase C1q (SP C1q) enzyme immunoassay (EIA) uses commercially available reagents and is reproducible with CV% of less than 20% in the abnormal range. We also demonstrate the specificity of the assay for detecting clinically relevant dsDNA-anti-DNA immune complexes. |
