| Popis: | This paper examines the three foundational pillars of Iraqi society, culture, state and religion, exploring who has power and who has authority within this framework. It then focuses in detail on each of the requirements for social harmony within Iraq and questions whether nation-building can be done prior to or in parallel with state-building. The paper ends by highlighting solutions for the way forward. |
