Popis: | We have found in a small number of patients that the postpartum intravenous administration of Rh hyperimmune human plasma is effective in preventing Rh sensitization, and its use in the antenatal period is safe and appears harmless to the fetus. The administration of passive Rh antibodies for the suppression of the secondary response in patients who are already sensitized is of no value. |
