Popis:	Key Points CAR T-cell targeting of leukemic infiltrates in the optic nerve and retina caused retinal detachment as a presentation of pseudoprogression. Treatment of this intraocular inflammation with intravitreal triamcinolone and orbital radiation led to marked improvement in visual acuity.
