| Popis: | The article considers the issues of modern systematic approach for solving complex rehabilitation and nursing care problems of geriatric patients. The multidisciplinary approach in the frame of case management has a positive impact on the process and the result of patient’ functional and mental status restoration due to coordinated work of different medical and non-medical specialists depending on the specific problems of a geriatric patient. |
