CHARACTER OF INTERACTION IN THE Er2Se3 – Аs2Se3 SYSTEM

Popis: The microstructural analysis of the alloys showed that, at a component ratio of 1:1, a new phase of the ErAsSe3 composition is formed; its microhardness was 155 kg/mm2 . The temperature of the peritectic formation is 1335 K. It is established that the system is a quasi-binary section of the ternary system Er – As – Se. It was found that based on arsenic triseledine (Аs2Se3), the solubility range reaches 1.5 mol % Er2Se3. Solubility based on Er2Se3 is practically not detected.
