Popis:	The effect of CCNU on human monocyte phagocytosis of yeast cells was measured in vitro. ‘Therapeutic’ CCNU concentrations had no measurable effect on monocyte phagocytosis. Higher concentrations of CCNU had a slight but statistically significant effect on the engulfment phase of monocyte phagocytosis. The results suggest that CCNU treatment is of minor importance for monocyte function.
