| Popis: | The objective of the present study was to improve diagnostics of basilar type migraine (BTM) based on the results of neurological, vestibulometric, and audiological studies of 11 patients. Peculiarities of the clinical picture of this disease and the medical histories of these patients are described. The pathogenetic role of labyrinthine hydrops and the difficulties encountered in diagnostics of Meniere's disease are discussed. |
