Popis: | Tumors of the heart are not very common in the population. The clinical symptoms are non-specific and depend on the size and localization of the tumor. Our case report describes a 56 year-old male, who was referred to our facility for selective coronary angiography with a clinical picture of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. However, the cause of the ECG changes was advanced lung carcinoma growing into the myocardium. |
