Popis: | Our study contributes to assessing the causal impact of economic incentives supporting mobility on researchers' careers. A Regression Discontinuity Design analysis, exploiting unique rich data on a Swiss mobility grant program, shows that grant recipients enlarge their co-authorship networks, whereas no significant effects on scientific productivity are to be found |
